My number one companion is my husband, John. He knows the best present to get me is always chocolate, and gifts of corrupt dark chocolate have become linked in my memory to my devotion to him. For our first anniversary, he gave me the sweetest present I have ever received : almond jewels from Koppers.
I don't eat chocolate on a daily basis ; John knows that I wait for his gifts so I have a reason to splurge. When I first tried the almond jewels, I assumed they were solid chocolate. The 1st bite I took was silent, and then on the second bite I felt the crunchy taste of almonds add to the elation of the chocolate. I couldn't get too much of them!
Sharing these savory and superbly coated candies was the easiest way to spend our anniversary. We chatted, enjoyed our scrumptious treats, laughed and smiled, and had a laid-back night. The flavor of the chocolate permitted us to relax and simply enjoy the smashing sight of each other. The sweetness of the chocolate mirrored the sweet feelings I was feeling for him on that night. I won't think about my fondness for John without also tasting those heavenly almond jewels.

John completely hit the mark with the type of chocolate that he ordered. The taste was amazing ; it caused me to feel like I could eat the dainty almond jewels for keeps. The ingredients used were of the very best quality, which was just the right level of sweetness. The chocolate also did not melt immediately, but rather took its time melting in my mouth.
