Forces acting on the sides of a rectangular coil? (Magnetic)?

B = Magnetic Field, I = Electric Current

Would it be correct to say that there is no force exerted on the top and bottom because their current is parallel to the field, but that there is a force on the two sides pointing outward because they're perpendicular to the field? This is according to the equation F = I*L*B*Sin(theta)

Parallel = I*L*B*Sin(pi(180 degrees)) = 0
Perpendicular = I*L*B*Sin(pi/2(90 degrees) = etc.

All the sides are in the plane of the picture and thus perpendicular to the field, which is directed out of the picture.
So each force = ILB.
The forces on the L and R sides are equal and opposite. Their magnitudes = ILB where L is the (undefined) length of the sections of these sides that are in the field.
The bottom side is fully in the field so L = its full length.
The complete force equation is F = IL X B (ref.), where X is the vector cross-product operator. Using the right-hand rule, the bottom-side F is directed upward, and of course this is the net force acting on the loop.

Magnetic Particle Imaging $199 Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) is a novel imaging modality. In MPI superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles are used as tracer materials. This volume is the proceeding of the 2nd international workshop on magnetic particle imaging (IWMPI).
