Fender Strat Style
What guitar do I buy?
I'm past that beginner stage and I want a great sounding electric guitar that will last me for many years to come, however i'd like to keep it in the 500 dollar range or below, but if needed I could spend some more. I like to play all different styles of music so I need something that's versatile. Right now I'm playing a fender strat style (off brand) with 3 single coil pickups. It was great for a beginner guitar but I'm looking for something better, a lot better. Also I'll need to get a new amp because mines just a cheap ten watt amp? Right now I'm looking at getting an Ibanez ART300 (brown, Caiman) guitar and an Ibanez MIMX30 Guitar Combo Amplifier (30 Watts, 1x10 in.) Could someone please give me some input or advice. Thanks
Just go with a Standard Fender Strat.
It will cost you around 300, which leaves you room to buy an amp, and if you get a tad bit more money, I advise you to look into a DigiTech Multi-Effect Processor ( I have the 150, and its great).
