How do I set an e-mail attachment as my ipad2 wallpaper?

I bought a skin for my new ipad off of iskins and they include a free matching background that they send to you as an attachment. When I opened my e-mail to receive the background I can see the image of the background after the message but I can't figure out how to set it as the wallpaper. Anybody know how?
