Which guitar amp is better?

I wanted to ask this because my friend might be selling me the vox amp(second link) but i don't know if it is better than my Hughes and Kettner amp which is the amp in the first link.

Unfortunately that's kind of an apples vs. oranges type of question. They are both good practice amps and it really comes down to which one you like better. They have very similar features and abilities. Most amps in this size/wattage have nearly identical specs and most sound very similar. They are solid state amps with 8" speakers. Gotta decide for yourself.
I own a H&K switchblade head which is an awesome amp. I have also played classic Vox amps which have a great unique tone. I really like the H&K but that is my opinion. And, since we are talking about small practice amps then the differences are minimal
