Humbucking Active Guitar
Would these pickups fit in this guitar?
i wanna get some new pickups for my guitar but im not sure if they'll fit in it.
this is my guitar

tell me if they can fit in the guitar.
They will fit in a standard Humbucking slot, yes.
What may be an issue, is that these Pups require you to get rid of your electronics (pots and jack). I assume they use controls that will be long enough to thread the nut on where they stick out the top of the body.
Many Ibanez guitar use a long shank jack for the output. That could be a problem. You can't use the jack you have, because these pups are active and use a stereo plug, the second ring of which acts as a switch to turn the battery on and off when you plug in a normal mono guitar cable.
This could be an easy job or it could run into annoying little diddly crap that you would want a repair guy to do for you.
I might be inclined to ask around for who's a really good repair tech if it comes to that.
So just to tell you, those EMG's are a much bigger deal than just swapping out a couple Pups. I would check the specs of the pots and jack and make sure they will fit. You could write to EMG I suppose.
If you don't want to risk it, I think Seymour Duncan makes some really nice pickups that would sound great too. I've messed with active electronics for years, and decided a nice set of passive pups were a lot less hassle and sounded just fine. Plus a lot of effects don't like active because the input signal is too high, and it makes them gak. Forget using a wah, or vintage style fuzz.
But everyone's different. Maybe you'll love them. Hey, maybe GC will have a guitar that has them so you can check 'em out first. That would be totally worth it!
