Medium Bass

Will 2 8" pioneer subs sound good in my truck?

My truck doesn't have much room for subs and I'm lookin to find some subs that give medium bass, (not too much, not too little, naw mean?) I want some subs that you can hear the bass and it sounds good, cause I hate when I change from listening to kid cudi to korn and then the bass in Korn sounds like ass.

I would go with shallow mount 10's instead of regular 8's. Same if not less airspace needed and will give you some punch more than 8's will. I would use these. They only need .35 cu.ft per. That is nothing and you should be able to fit that.

If not the Pioneers than go with Rockford Fosgate or Kicker shallow mount. Here is the page that shows you a good selection.
