Midi Foot Controller
Looking for pedal-like activated sound effects for music?
I would like to buy a pedal-like device that plays a sound effect programmed into it for playing concerts and such (I'm a bass player). I'm not exactly sure what they are but I found things online called midi foot controllers and I'm wondering if they are what I'm looking for.
the midi pedal will play midi files for you and you can get sound effects in midi files, but you can also get effect pedals from your local music shop that specializes in instruments like electric guitar and the more band oriented gear,
