USElectionNews.org and Politico Forecast Purple Electoral Map In Upcoming Presidential Elections
Based on the website http://uselectionnews.org/, currently the 2012 political election map is switching to purple. It is an ever escalating change for each political party, that customarily look to specific us states for their votes.

In the 2010 elections of Congress, there were 8 total swing or purple states. This creates a whole assortment of potential scenarios for the large field of presidential hopefuls. Now, instead of just focusing special attention to traditional swing states like Florida and Ohio, places like Pennsylvania, which used to be staunchly Democratic, are also on the swing state list. More and more it looks like Presidential Campaigns will have to spread themselves even more thin than ever before, by catering their campaigns to more local issues.
