String Neck
How do i know if i wet my guitar?
After i showered i had my hair wet and shook my hair
i was about 4 feet away from the guitar with my hair a little bit wet
would something bad happen if a water drop touched my Fender Stratocaster body. I got a cotton cloth and cleaned the body throughly over 5 times throught the body, strings, neck, and headstock
evrything over 5 times
is anything going to happen to it
the body type is Neck-Thru-Body Rock Maple Alder
is anything bad going to happen !
i didnt see water drops
but there could have been some that were tiny.
The only way a little water would hurt a guitar is basically if you dunk it in water and let it sit there... I've spilled drinks on my guitar and played in the rain (which is just begging to get electrocuted...), and my guitar is still in perfect shape. As long as you dont get it all over the electronics, it should be fine. The finish will protect the wood and keep it from warping if you just get it on the body.
