Tone Circuit
How long before I start to see a noticeable improvement from working out/dieting?
I am 33 years old, 142 lbs. I have reduced my calorie intake to between 1200-1300 a day. I joined the gym and am doing cardio 2 times a week and a weight training/toning circuit 3 times a week. I do have a trainer, so I am being safe.
Three weeks before my initial weigh in I was at 152 lbs. I changed my eating and drinking habits and dropped to my weigh in weight of 142 lbs.
We are going on vacation the last week in May. If I keep to this schedule, will I notice a physical improvement by the time we go?
I am specifically trying to lose inches on my thighs.
Does anyone have any suggestions for losing inches in that area? I am not so worried about my weight, more about how I look, if you know what I mean...

I do think that you can see improvements, but its your body fat percentage that you gotta worry about to look good. Basically pik up the cardio, and you will most definatly be ready for vacation. Usually, it takes a few months to see noticable improvements with weight training. Lowering your body fat percent to about 10-15% will make your gains more noticable.
